Liver is available year-round, lovers of calf's liver and Beef liver hold this food in very high regard not only for its tremendous storehouse of nutrients but for its delicious taste and texture. Calf's liver is more tender and has better flavor than beef liver, so we carry the calves liver.  I found by adding an apple & Bacon to liver & onions as I fry it, it will caramelize making sweeter hickory taste.
