for our country-style ribs, adds more to the tenderness and
flavor because of it's great marble balance.

The
blade end of the pork loin consisting of a
section that is actually not ribs, but is
instead rib-like chops. Occasionally, beef ribs
may be referred to as country ribs; however,
county-style ribs generally refer to pork
instead of beef. Country-style
ribs are the meatiest variety of ribs. Plan on
about a half a pound for most appetites. One
good way to make them is on the barbeque with your favorite potato & salad. |
