The strip steak,
shell steak, or New York strip steak, is one of
the highest quality steaks on the market. When
still attached to the bone, and with a piece of
the beef tenderloin also included, the strip
steak becomes a T-bone or porterhouse steak,
depending on the amount of tenderloin attached.
A strip steak has much less waste then the
T-bone or Porterhouse. Idea for parties because
of the equal portions.
