Porterhouse & T-bones

  

Our USDA choice Porterhouse and T-bones are marbled well, tender and juicy cut of steak, perfect for grilling. This is a beef steak cut from the loin that includes parts of two delicious muscles groups: the tenderloin (or filet as in filet mignon) and the strip with a t-bone in the middle. The tenderloin side is extremely tender with a buttery, melt-in-you-mouth texture. The strip steak side has a more firm texture preferred by many because of its marbling and full rich flavor. To top off out porterhouse or T-bone try prepare mushrooms reduced in beef broth with our famous double baked potato with cheese.
