Porterhouse and T-bones are marbled well, tender and
juicy cut of steak, perfect for grilling.
This is a beef steak cut from the loin that
includes parts of two delicious muscles
groups: the tenderloin (or filet as
in filet mignon) and the strip with a
t-bone in the middle. The tenderloin
side is extremely tender with a buttery,
melt-in-you-mouth texture. The strip
steak side has a more firm texture preferred
by many because of its marbling and full
rich flavor. To top off out porterhouse or

prepare mushrooms reduced in beef broth with
our famous double baked potato with cheese. |
