Short ribs are one of the most economical and under rated cuts. They do require some work to prepare, and at least 3 hours of low heat cooking. But considering the results, this is a small price to pay for a very flavorful meal.

Because many of our Non-Floridian friend go back home (north)  for the summer, short rib are not in high demined in the off season so we carry short ribs in autumn winter & spring time..
