Apple strudel is to Austria, what
apple pie is to America – a feel-good, heartwarming

'whirlpool' in German representing the layers of thin
dough swirled around the spiced apple filling.
At Jim's we do make our
recipe the traditional old world way, using light
crispy layers of pastry dough, filled with
heartily applies (secrete ingredients) cinnamon
and covered in butter & powder sugar. This is by
far our best-selling pastry item!
